Shipping policy
At Concho Confetti, we take great care in preparing and shipping every vintage piece. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, each order is carefully inspected and packed before it leaves our store.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all eligible orders delivered within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.
- Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) on a business day will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
After your order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes:
5–10 business days (Mon - Sat)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your shipment.
Large Furniture Deliveries
Oversized furniture and other large items may require additional handling or freight delivery. If your purchase requires special shipping arrangements, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Concho Confetti is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
