At Concho Confetti, we believe every vintage piece deserves a new home. Since many of our items are unique and cannot be replaced, we encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, returned items must:

  • Be in the same condition as delivered.
  • Include all original components, where applicable.
  • Be packaged securely to prevent damage during return transit.

Vintage characteristics such as natural patina, wood grain variation, light surface wear, aging marks, and handcrafted imperfections are part of the item's originality and are not considered defects.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been altered, assembled, or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without prior approval

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and work toward the most appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return results from our mistake or a confirmed shipping error.

Exchanges

Because most items in our collection are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, identical replacements are rarely available.

If a similar item is available, we'll gladly arrange an exchange. Otherwise, an approved refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment, Concho Confetti will provide return shipping assistance at no additional cost.
